Dr. Krishnendu Chatterjee graduated from Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science & Research (Kolkata), as the best outgoing student. He then went on to pursue his masters in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics from KLE VK Institute of Dental Science (Karnataka). He is trained and certified in the latest and best quality orthodontic care including treatment with lingual braces and clear aligners. He has performed the orthodontic management for various cleft and orthognathic surgical patients for correction of their jaws.

Currently he is associated as the consultant Cleft Lip and Palate Orthodontist at the Deutsche Cleft Kinderhilfe ABMSS, Kolkata centre at Shree Jain Hospital and Research Centre, Shibpur, Howrah and various esteemed private dental clinics in and around Kolkata.

He has delivered lectures and presentations at various state and national level platforms and in the process won various accolades. He has been felicitated as "Young Orthodontist of the Year" at the prestigious "Excellence in Dental Proficiency IADS, 2019".
